Ensure the stability and continuous operation of the live test production environment Resolve incidents and troubleshoot production issues Monitor system health Manage passwords Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues Develop models, analytical tools, and testing scripts providing actionable insights into operational health Work with process owners to understand data, process flows, and controls Identify risks and design effective testing and monitoring Create methodologies to evaluate process and control effectiveness and compliance Partner with process and data owners, risk managers, GCOR, and EIT operational, data sourcing, and technology infrastructure teams Use methodology outputs, analytical tools, and testing scripts to drive process improvements and detect and report errors Explain rationale, methodology details, and results to senior stakeholders, auditors, and regulators Apply process and operational excellence Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Process and Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Accounting, or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience Understanding of SAS programming and ability to interpret SAS logs Strong experience with UNIX/Linux environments Experience supporting batch processes using Autosys or a similar scheduler Ability to troubleshoot and debug production issues SQL experience preferred Ability to understand organizational workflows, evaluate efficiencies, and identify process improvements Ability to design and document tests measuring process and control effectiveness and compliance Ability to produce testing results, reporting, and data-driven insights Understanding of the end-to-end test development life cycle Strong computational programming skills using Spark, R, C, Java, YAML, and other languages or scripts Strong Python programming skills and knowledge of its packages Understanding of the software engineering life cycle Experience developing and maintaining complex databases and data sets Ability to design, deploy, and refine predictive programming algorithms Deep understanding of the product, underlying business, and associated technical domains Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively Clean, maintainable coding practices and proactive issue resolution Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in process improvement, operational excellence, and data analysis, with strong capabilities in SAS programming, SQL, and Python.
