Job Description

Job Summary:
Conducts diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Ensures high-quality image acquisition while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining processes and positioning them properly.
Operate X-ray equipment to capture clear diagnostic images according to protocol.
Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information.
Adhere to safety standards and infection control protocols throughout all tasks.

Qualifications:

Certify as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent credential).
Possess valid state licensure or certification specific to radiologic technology.
Demonstrate proficiency in operating X-ray and radiographic equipment.
Maintain current knowledge of safety standards, protocols, and best practices.
Exhibit strong communication skills to coordinate with medical staff and patients.
