Occupational Therapist (OT)

Neffsville Nursing & Rehab – Lancaster, PA
Position Type: Part-Time
Rate: $42–$48/hour

Neffsville Nursing & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide rehabilitation services to our residents in Lancaster, PA.

The Occupational Therapist implements occupational therapy programs and provides treatments designed to improve residents’ independence, function, and overall quality of life.

Shift Available

• Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

• Work with members of the rehabilitation team to develop programs consistent with each resident’s needs and capabilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments to improve functional abilities and independence

• Instruct residents, families, and caregivers in skills and techniques that support continued progress

• Monitor resident progress and communicate outcomes with the interdisciplinary care team

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Current Occupational Therapist license

• OTR/L certification

• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
