SAP SD/Vistex Functional Analyst

Job Duties:
Conduct workshops and gather business requirements. Prepare blueprint documents Perform fit/gap analysis, identify the gaps and write functional specifications for the RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Workflows) objects. Enhancements could include making custom changes in user exits, BADIs, implicit enhancements, enhancement classes, global function modules, requirement routines, copy control routines etc.Design and develop a global template using SAP S4 HANA Core Enterprise 1809 of SAP Incentives Administration by Vistex (customer rebate and broker commissions). Configuration of customer rebates and broker commissions include configuring the agreements, deployment codes (rebate plans), components, subcomponents, IP types (Incentives and Paybacks), buckets/matrix (cumulate the customer sales), calculation runs to accrue and settle to the customers, integration with the FI module to post the settlements, transaction register to post manual adjustments, flexible groups, status flow, launch pad, display profiles, agreement download/upload templates, dep code formulas etc.Roll out the global template in 5 different phases covering different markets around the globe: Pilot – Canada and Italy Deployment 1 – Deployment of solution for US and LATAM Deployment 2 – EMEA Deployment 3 – APAC Deployment 4 – Remaining Non EMEA/APAC/US/LATAM markets Test the application using string testing, integration testing, regression testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Provide training to power users, train the trainer program.Perform the final cutover activities in the production system before going live.Assist in go-live activities and help the business in monitoring the system during the Hyper care period.Provide production support after go-live and work on the defects.
Work Location: various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States; relocation may be required. Must be willing to relocate.
