• Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5 pm and Friday 8 am - 12 pm schedule
• 4.5-day work week with 6 weeks of PTO annually
• Low patient census of 16 - 18 patients per day
• Each physician is supported by their own dedicated medical assistant
• Choice of 1, 2, or 3-year contract options available
• Competitive base salary or productivity-based compensation model
