Your Responsibilities

* Reach out to prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and measure their interest

* Schedule engagements between candidates and our recruiters for more detailed evaluations

* Follow up with leads to nurture interest and assist in their employment journey

* Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking software

* Earn commissions based on the meetings you set, interviews that take place, and hires made from your leads

Your Compensation Structure

This is an incentive-based, commission-exclusive role. Hence, there's no limit to your income potential and no cap on your achievements.

Your earnings will be directly linked to the value you generate:
