Role Description The Retail Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in San Antonio, TX. This role is responsible for leading store operations, including supervising team members, driving sales performance, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. The Retail Store Manager oversees inventory management, merchandising, and adherence to store policies, including loss prevention and safety procedures. Day-to-day activities include coaching and developing staff, monitoring performance metrics, resolving customer issues, and implementing AT&T promotional initiatives. This role also collaborates with regional leadership to achieve business goals and maintain a positive, inclusive work environment. Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a track record of building positive customer relationships. Effective Communication skills, including the ability to provide clear direction, coach team members, and interact professionally with customers and stakeholders. Store Management experience, including leading teams, managing daily operations, and achieving sales and performance targets in a retail environment. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, with the ability to enforce policies that protect company assets and ensure a secure store environment. Proven leadership skills, including team building, performance management, and the ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on operational excellence. Comfort with using point-of-sale systems, basic analytics, and technology tools to manage store performance and customer interactions. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, management, or a related field is a plus.
