Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to licensed Physical Therapists during patient evaluations and assessments, ensuring procedures uphold our standard of care.
• Modify treatment plans and adjust therapeutic exercises according to direction from Physical Therapists, prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
• Instruct and supervise patients in a variety of therapeutic exercises, demonstrating patience and empathy to foster a supportive healing atmosphere.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as heat, cold, and electrical stimulation effectively to alleviate pain and enhance mobility for patients
• Educate patients and their families in performing home exercise programs and activities, ensuring they comprehend safe and effective techniques.
• Thoroughly monitor patient progress and provide ongoing documentation of treatment outcomes, contributing to comprehensive patient records.
• Actively communicate with team members and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic patient care.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, ensuring that all patient records are accurate and up to date.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
