Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Wayne, MI. This role involves providing quality in-home care to clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Help with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate client records and document care provided
Follow care plans and adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation to and from client locations
Pass necessary background checks

Benefits

Competitive pay rate of $14.00 - $19.00 per hour, paid twice a month
