Driver/Warehouse AssociateReports To: Warehouse ManagerResponsibilities:Deliver partsPerform warehouse operationsAssist with inventory controlFill parts ordersAssist with shipping and receivingOther duties as assignedRequirements:Prior driving and/or warehousing experience preferredDependable, hardworking, organized and ambitious individual with the ability to work in a fast paced environmentMulti-tasking skills with excellent follow up and follow through abilityGood communication skills; written and spokenAbility to lift over 50 poundsForklift certification a plusMust be over 18 with a valid driver's license and must also be insurablePhysical Requirements:Significant talking, hearing, standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing, pulling and close vision requiredReasonable accommodation can be made to enable people with disabilities to perform the described essential functions of this positionGeneral Work Hours:Mon.-Fri. 7:30 am - 4:30 pmDeliver and pick up parts as neededLoad securement knowledge is helpfulAble to back up a trailerPerform parts warehouse operations such as sorting, stocking, organizing, cleaning, etc.Load and unload inventoryAssist with inventory control and cycle countingAssist in the shipping and receiving department as neededMaintain physical condition of warehouse per manager instructionsAssist with inventory in and out, along with deliveries to ensure they are meeting scheduled deadlinesMake sure paperwork and purchase orders are complete and accurateProvide excellent communication with the department managers and employees on and off siteFollow all safety and DOT protocol, whether driving or working on siteAble to get a Minnesota DOT Health card (company will pay for testing)
