Ultrasound Technologist - Per Diem

Growing together.Primary Responsibilities:Produces high quality diagnostic ultrasound with the ability to recognize visualized anatomy and pathology following established protocols and ordered examinationExplains procedures and observes patients to ensure safety, comfort and confidentiality during scan, keeps patient physically covered whenever possibleEvaluates images for technical qualityMaintains the cleanliness of the ultrasound machine, transducers and associated minor equipment in accordance with the infection control policies and proceduresConsistently uses and reinforces proper body mechanics and appropriate personal protection equipment You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:High school diploma, GED or equivalent experienceGraduation from an ultrasound program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Programs (CAAHEP)Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) in the specialty areas of Abdomen and OB/GYN ultrasound, or registry eligiblePay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $40.00 - $60.00 per hour based on full-time employment.
