Reporting to a Director of Ambulatory Services and collaborating closely with the CNO and physician leaders, the Nurse Manager Ambulatory Care Center steers staffing, budgeting, patient flow, scheduling, regulatory readiness, infection prevention, and EHR optimization, while the Nurse Manager Ambulatory Care Center develops nurses through coaching, clinical ladders, preceptor pathways, and performance feedback within a friendly, diverse, and highly collaborative team of RNs, MAs, APPs, and multidisciplinary partners.
