Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent/Producer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing leads, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities

•Respond to inbound leads and proactively generate outbound leads

•Sell and bind personal & commercial lines insurance

•Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage

•Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on carriers/underwriting

•Maintain accurate records in the agency management system

•Build and retain a strong book of business

• Participate in cross-selling opportunities, as well as proactively striving to increase client retention.

•Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale

•Meet monthly production goals and KPIs

•Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes
