Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled, compassionate care throughout all phases of cardiovascular surgical procedures.
• Prepare instruments, supplies, and equipment, ensuring the CVOR is surgery ready.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-operatively, promptly addressing any changes in status.
• Document care accurately and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
