Housekeeper Location: Devonshire by Erickson Senior Living, Devonshire / Chatsworth at PGA National, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and professional Housekeeper to join our team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness in both Independent Living and Nursing Home settings. The role supports residents, families, staff, vendors, and the community. Responsibilities Clean resident homes in Independent Living and resident rooms in the nursing home. Maintain cleanliness of the community using specialized equipment. Clean public bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, and fixtures. Clean lobbies and living rooms, perform high and low dusting, declutter, remove trash, and spot‑clean walls, windows, switches, baseboards, pictures, lights, and HVAC vents. Clean classrooms, including dusting, vacuuming white and chalkboards, tables, and chairs. Assist with collection, bagging, and disposal of trash, replacing trash can liners. Maintain carpeted surfaces, including extraction, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming. Qualifications Previous experience cleaning in a residential or commercial setting is ideal. Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, and trash removal equipment. Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member. Ability to safely operate housekeeping vehicles. Demonstrated professional and responsive interactions with residents, family members, staff, and vendors. Must successfully complete a Level 2 background screening required by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), covering U.S. Federal, State, and City checks (including fingerprints).
