Dental Sales & Business Development Representative

Position Overview
Premier Workforce is recruiting on behalf of an established healthcare supplier seeking a Dental Sales & Business Development Representative to expand its dental business.The representative will develop relationships with dental practices, dental groups, DSOs, clinics, and other healthcare organizations.We are particularly interested in candidates who already understand the dental industry and can help open new customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new dental practice and dental group accounts.
- Prospect dentists, practice owners, office managers, purchasing personnel, and DSOs.
- Conduct outbound calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and customer visits.
- Identify opportunities for dental instruments, equipment, supplies, and related products.
- Introduce new manufacturers and product lines to customers.
- Respond to RFQs and quote requests.
- Follow up consistently on opportunities and quotes.
- Re-engage previous customers.
- Develop new accounts into recurring customers.
- Attend industry events and customer meetings when appropriate.
Ideal Candidate
Preferred backgrounds include:
- Dental supply sales
- Dental equipment sales
- Dental manufacturer representative
- Healthcare distribution
- Dental practice business development
- DSO/vendor sales
Existing relationships with dentists, DSOs, dental offices, or purchasing organizations are a significant advantage.
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus commission and incentives based on new accounts, sales, and gross profit.
