Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to provide specialized care in a Medical ICU with Neuro Critical Care capabilities. The role involves floating between multiple units and catering to high-acuity patients requiring complex interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care in Medical ICU, Neuro Critical Care, SICU, and IMC units.
• Monitor and respond to patient conditions, including cases involving sepsis, ESRD, AKI, and post-cardiac arrest scenarios.
• Administer treatments like CRRT/CVVH and manage ventilated patients with respiratory failure.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Adhere to unit protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year ICU experience or 2 years in a high-acuity critical care setting.
• Maintain current NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills in ICU procedures and patient management.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to float across Medical HVCC, SICU, and IMC units as needed.
