About The Role The Social Media Manager owns the organic social strategy for a technology brand, translating product launches, customer stories, technical insights, and industry trends into content that builds awareness and qualified demand across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging channels. The role combines editorial judgment, platform expertise, and performance analysis. It partners with product marketing, content, design, demand generation, and executives to create a consistent voice, grow engaged audiences, and connect social activity to website engagement, campaign influence, and pipeline. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the social media strategy, editorial calendar, and publishing workflows across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and relevant emerging platforms Create, edit, and publish high-quality posts, short-form video, executive content, customer stories, and campaign assets tailored to each channel Translate technical products, SaaS capabilities, and customer outcomes into clear, compelling content for technical and business audiences Use tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, or native platform analytics to monitor performance, audience growth, engagement, and referral traffic Build monthly reporting in GA4, Looker Studio, or equivalent tools, connecting social metrics to web conversions, campaign engagement, and sourced or influenced pipeline Coordinate with product marketing, communications, design, and demand generation teams to support launches, events, thought leadership, and integrated campaigns Monitor industry conversations and brand mentions, respond to community activity, and manage an escalation process for sensitive or high-visibility issues What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of experience managing social media, content marketing, digital marketing, or brand programs for a technology, SaaS, or high-growth company Demonstrated success building an organic social strategy and growing engagement with B2B or B2C technology audiences Strong copywriting and editorial skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts without losing accuracy Hands-on experience with social publishing, listening, and analytics platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, LinkedIn Analytics, and GA4 Proficiency with content and creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or equivalent, including basic short-form video editing Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Bonus: Experience with executive social programs, developer or technical communities, paid social campaigns, social care, and reporting tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Looker #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
