This is a great opportunity for students interested in pursuing a career in physical therapy or healthcare—hands-on experience may help satisfy PT school application requirements.As a Physical Therapy Aide, you'll play a key role in keeping our clinic running smoothly while supporting both patients and clinicians. Responsibilities include:Preparing treatment areas and ensuring equipment is clean, organized, and ready for useAssisting patients with setup and positioning during therapy sessionsMonitoring equipment and making adjustments as directed by clinical staffMaintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environmentPreparing hot and cold therapy modalitiesSupporting general clinic operations, including laundry and light cleaning tasksWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindsetHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentPhysical stamina to remain active throughout the day, including lifting and assisting patients as neededFamiliarity with HIPAA and OSHA guidelines is a plusCompensation & Benefits:Hourly rate: $16 per hourPart-time employees are eligible to accrue sick time in accordance with Massachusetts Paid Sick Leave LawWhy Join Us?
