MS Tele Registered Nurse (RN)

Seeking an experienced MS Tele Registered Nurse for night shifts. The position requires a commitment to providing high-quality care in a telemetry unit, focusing on patient monitoring and assessment.

Shifts and Schedule

Shift: 3x12 Nights (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM)

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

On-call Requirement: No

Patient Care Ratios

The nurse will manage a patient ratio of 1:5.

Floating Requirements

The RN will be expected to float within their scope of practice to meet facility needs.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in MS/Telemetry nursing required.

First-timers accepted: Yes

License: South Carolina license or Compact license must be obtained prior to start.

Certifications: Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.

Preferred Experience: Community hospital experience is advantageous.

Local Radius: 60 miles

Local Candidates Accepted: Yes

Guaranteed Hours: The facility may call off 1 shift every 2 weeks.

Emergency Preparedness: During hurricane season (June to November), all staff may be assigned to emergency response teams.

Work Environment

Join a team in an acute care setting with a total of 286 staffed beds, utilizing Epic for charting. Employees are expected to wear royal blue scrubs.
