Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Travel RN Emergency Miami, FL 13 weeks - Nights What You'll Do: Deliver compassionate, expert nursing care in a high-volume emergency department with a capacity of over 150 beds Handle high-acuity cases in a Level I trauma setting, including adult and pediatric patients Conduct admission work for boarded patients and manage complex cases with confidence Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure rapid and efficient patient throughput Operate within a fully equipped radiology suite and onsite pharmacy to expedite care delivery Required Skills & Qualifications: Valid RN license in good standing with a current FL or compact license on file Minimum of 2 years of ER experience, ideally in a Level I trauma environment Prior travel experience at a Level 1 trauma facility preferred Proficiency with Cerner EMR system required Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI (prior to start) Ability to pass an EKG exam during orientation Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and patient management skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience handling adult and pediatric emergencies Previous float experience in large healthcare systems Familiarity with high acuity, fast-paced ER workflows Preferred Education & Experience: RN with at least 2 years of emergency nursing experience in a level 1 trauma center or similar setting Proven ability to manage complex cases and work under pressure in a high-volume ER Other Requirements: Orientation scheduled for 9/21; local candidates need not apply Shift: 12-hour days (7 AM - 7 PM) Must work every other weekend or alternating weekends and holidays as needed Must pass EKG exam during orientation Flexibility to float across departments as required by the facility 310982 About All Medical Personnel - Nursing Established in 1990, All Medical Personnel is a leading national temporary employment agency for healthcare workforce solutions in the United States.
