Registered Nurse (RN) Family Medicine Clinics

Locations: Holmen, Galesville, & Ashley Wellness Clinics (Arcadia)

FTE: 0.8 (32 hours/week) Hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Schedule: Monday Friday with rotating days off, no weekends, holidays, or call obligation Starting Pay: $31.98/hour (higher based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a flexible, team-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) who thrives on building relationships and creating positive experiences for patients and teammates. This position serves as a float RN across three clinics, providing essential patient care and supporting providers in delivering exceptional service.

What You Will Do:

Serve primarily in Holmen and Galesville clinics with occasional support at Ashley Wellness Clinic in Arcadia

Telephone triage and in-basket work

Nurse-only visits (e.g., suture removal, catheter changes, blood pressure checks)

Follow-up on lab and INR results

Patient outreach for diabetes and blood pressure management

Perform Medical Annual Wellness visits

Collaborate closely with clinicians, medical assistants, and patient liaisons

What You Need:

Associate degree in nursing (minimum); BSN preferred

RN license to practice in Wisconsin upon hire

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers

Minimum 1 year RN experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for patient-centered care

Ability to prioritize and adapt in a busy environment

Comfortable with basic nursing procedures (suture removal, catheter changes)
