The ideal candidate will bring advanced Excel skills and a proven ability to manage financial processes effectively.Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.• Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, to evaluate business performance.• Lead the preparation and management of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations on commercial finance strategies.• Oversee budget processes, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring accuracy.• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for the business.• Present financial findings and reports to senior management and stakeholders.• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.• Support decision-making processes by providing accurate and timely financial information.Requirements• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles.• Expertise in advanced Excel, including the ability to build models from scratch.• Strong background in financial analysis and financial modeling.• Proven experience in managing annual budgeting and variance analysis.• Familiarity with budget processes and their optimization.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders.• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.Job typePerm
