Job Title: Production & Warehouse Manager – CNC Machining Shop
Location: Irvine, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
About Us:
Global leading manufacturer specializing in Electric and Hydraulic
products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Optimize workflow, layout, and inventory processes for maximum efficiency
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Manage daily production activities and staff scheduling
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, and warehouse departments
- Monitor production output and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse & production management or a similar role
- Experience working at a CNC shop
- Strong analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in production & inventory management systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve operational challenges
