Registered Nurse - Full Time

This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) providing in-home care for pediatric patients, specializing in G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator management. Responsibilities include using the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, initiating and adjusting care plans as needed, administering medications and treatments, and responding to patient condition changes. The nurse reviews care protocols, provides healthcare education, coordinates care, and supports discharge planning.
