Great Lakes Family Dentistry is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis. Great Lakes Family Dentistry is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for a hygienist looking for a consistent schedule, a supportive team, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients.

Schedule
- Monday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM 2:00 PM
- Existing patients: 60-minute appointments
- New patients: 90-minute appointments
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing as needed
- Perform oral health assessments and accurately document clinical findings
- Take digital radiographs and maintain up-to-date patient records
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients through excellent communication and compassionate care
- Collaborate with the doctor and dental team to provide an exceptional patient experience
- Follow all infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient treatment area
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Passion for patient care and education
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Experience with digital charting and radiography preferred
