Overview:
We are seeking to hire a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator to our global Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) specializing in GMP micronization and milling for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. This position supports day-to-day pharmaceutical processing and material handling in a regulated manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and cGMP documentation.
Responsibilities
- Operate processing equipment used in pharmaceutical production
- Follow batch records, SOPs, and cGMP standards to ensure compliance and quality
- Perform equipment setup, breakdown, cleaning, and basic maintenance activities
- Record production data, material usage, and any deviations accurately
- Support material storage and and inventory control processes
- Prepare raw materials for production and assist with internal material transfers
- Assist with weighing, labeling, and packaging of finished products
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in cGMP environment
- Forklift or material handling experience
- Ability to work in a controlled/cleanroom environment and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
