Job Details Requirements: 5–10 years of bankruptcy experience (debtor, creditor, trustee, or mixed) Experience drafting core pleadings (motions, objections, plans, disclosure statements) and supporting hearings Familiarity with restructuring support agreements, DIP financing, or asset sales is a plus Strong analytical writing and client communication skills Texas bar (or eligibility/intent to obtain) Interested in hearing more?
