Home Care OT: Transform Patients' Lives at Home

The VNA of Northwest Pennsylvania is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate, treat and prevent disability in home care settings in accordance with NYS practice. This part-time, onsite role in Bradford requires a NYS OT license and a driver’s license, with patient-focused communication and coordination with Home Health Aides and COTAs. Responsibilities include using approved assessment and therapeutic modalities, reporting, and collaborating with the NWPA Certified Home Care department. #J-18808-Ljbffr
