Reliability Engineer
The Reliability Engineer identifies and manages risks and productivity improvement opportunities that may affect asset reliability and business operations. This role focuses on risk management, loss elimination, and lifecycle asset management. The Reliability Engineer works to reduce the cost of failure by minimizing system downtime, assessing asset reliability, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role partners across Maintenance, Production, Health & Safety, Quality, Engineering, and project teams to strengthen equipment performance, maintainability, and overall equipment effectiveness. Primary Responsibilities:

- Equipment Design, Installation & Maintainability
- Technical Support & Collaboration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience
- Experience with Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence is preferred
- Proficiency in statistical, mathematical, and engineering concepts, including statistical and probability methods and tools
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and work effectively across functions
- Knowledge of lifecycle asset management, risk management, configuration management, and loss elimination
Physical Demands: Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs; frequent sitting, walking, and standing; occasional visual acuity (near/far). The following common allergens are processed in our facilities: wheat, eggs, dairy, and soy.
