Key Responsibilities:
- Run Diagnostic Tests: Process blood, fluid, and tissue samples accurately
- Operate Lab Equipment: Maintain and troubleshoot instruments to ensure performance
- Support Clinical Teams: Provide timely and reliable results to assist in diagnosis and care
- Ensure Compliance: Follow CLIA, CAP, and internal quality control standards
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Medical/Clinical Laboratory Technology or related field
- MLT certification (ASCP, AMT, or eligibility)
- Detail-oriented with strong teamwork and communication skills
