Manager, Customer Training

Intuitive Surgical seeks a Manager of Customer Training to lead training operations and team development across regional markets. The role involves overseeing training center strategy, building and mentoring a skilled training team, and ensuring effective delivery of da Vinci system education to surgeons and clinical staff. Responsibilities Lead and support training center operations and develop training program strategies for assigned region Hire, develop, mentor, and manage customer training team members to support company growth Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership to allocate training resources effectively Establish new training centers, deliver quarterly business reviews, and measure training effectiveness Manage trainer schedules, analyze utilization data, and propose process improvements Requirements

• 8+ years professional experience including 4+ years in training or professional education
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent clinical/medical credential
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans
• Strong team building, mentoring, and performance management capabilities
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, surgical applications, and operating room environments
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and local language
• Medical device industry experience preferred
