What You’ll Do Transform guest rooms into clean, welcoming retreats by meticulously cleaning and arranging every detail. Maintain sparkling public areas and back‑of‑house spaces, ensuring every corner of the hotel reflects our high standards. Anticipate guest needs by replenishing amenities and supplies, making each stay personalized and special. Perfect the little things – making beds with crisp linens, shining bathroom fixtures – to leave a lasting impression. Work closely with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Promptly report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. Address any guest requests or concerns with a positive attitude and a commitment to resolving issues quickly. Adapt to various tasks and shifts, showing versatility and dedication to the team. Ability to work on feet for an extended period. Effective communication skills. Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions. Physical capability to move, traverse, and position oneself to reach corners on floors and high places; observe conditions, detect odors, navigate carts weighing up to 100 lbs in tight spaces. Operating equipment including spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads, and dusters. Lift, carry and position loads of at least 25 lbs.
