Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indianapolis, IN for a Senior Registered Client Service Associate. Responsibilities include providing exceptional client service, supporting client inquiries and account management, preparing financial reports, and assisting with transaction processing. The Senior Associate will also collaborate with team members to meet client goals, ensure compliance with industry standards, and maintain detailed client records while contributing to the overall success of the firm. Qualifications Proficiency in Client Services, Customer Support, and Customer Service Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge and experience in Finance-related operations Ability to develop and maintain client relationships with professionalism and empathy Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment FINRA Series 7 certification; Series 63 or equivalent license preferred Five years equivalent experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
