This assignment runs from August 10th through the end of October, providing crucial coverage while a fellow SLP is on FMLA. In this dynamic role, you'll be the primary SLP for two elementary locations, with a larger caseload of 117 students due to the presence of an experienced Speech-Language Assistant (SLA) already assigned to the placement.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active CCC-SLP certification
• Relevant licensure for school-based practice in the state of Indiana
• Experience with moderate to large caseloads in school environments preferred
• Strong collaborative and supervisory skills, especially with SLAs
• Comfortable delivering services both in person and virtually (if applicable)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services for elementary students across two buildings
• Supervise and coordinate with the assigned SLA to ensure quality support and continuity of care
• Develop and implement IEPs, maintain documentation, and participate in student progress meetings as required
• Communicate effectively with educators, families, and school support staff
