What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities

As an Industrial Cleaner , you are the backbone of safety and efficiency at our client's automotive assembly plant. Working as a dedicated Sanitation Technician , your daily routine will include:

• Cleaning paint booth stations and surrounding areas using approved industrial chemicals and supplies.
• Removing paint overspray from windows, stairs, ceilings, and concrete surfaces.
• Assisting with deep project cleaning, including lifting and moving metal flooring grates.
• Operating machinery such as pressure washers and hydraulic scrapers.
• Acting as a facility Custodian by replacing filters, reporting maintenance issues to your supervisor, and working safely in confined or elevated spaces.

What You Bring To The Team / Qualifications

• Dependability: An excellent attendance and on-time record is absolutely required.
• Communication: Ability to understand daily written and verbal instructions and safety training.
• Physical Stamina: Able to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, bend, and lift/move up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in hot or dirty industrial environments (all proper PPE/protective gear is fully provided!).
• Safety-First Mindset: Willingness to successfully complete required safety training, including Ladder Safety, Confined Work Space, and Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
