Our purpose is to build partnerships, improve communities and change lives.Location: South Bend, INReports to: Regional Property Manager (Conventional, Multifamily)Key ResponsibilitiesLeasing & Sales PerformanceServe as the primary leasing point of contact at assigned communities during coverage periodsConduct apartment tours (in-person and virtual) and follow up with prospects through phone, email, text, and in-person communicationConvert leads to leases by effectively presenting community features, pricing, availability, and lease termsExecute new leases, renewals, and required documentation in accordance with company policies and Fair Housing regulationsMeet or exceed leasing goals, occupancy targets, and lead-to-lease conversion expectationsSupport retention efforts by assisting with renewals, transfers, and resident communicationResident Experience & Customer ServiceDeliver a professional, welcoming, and consistent customer experience to prospects and residentsRespond promptly to walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and online inquiries in alignment with leasing response standardsPartner with maintenance and property teams to follow up on service needs and resident requestsDe-escalate resident concerns with professionalism and escalate issues appropriately when neededRepresent the company positively within the community and with ownership groupsAdministrative, Marketing & Compliance SupportAccurately enter, update, and maintain prospect, applicant, and resident data in property management and CRM systemsManage and follow up on leads generated through ILS platforms (e.g., Apartments.com, Zillow, RentCafe)Process applications, screenings, verifications, and compliance documentation in a timely mannerEnsure leasing offices, model units, and tour paths are clean, organized, and presentation-readyAdhere to all federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws and participate in required compliance trainingProvide feedback to leadership on leasing trends, prospect feedback, and operational opportunitiesMulti-Site Coverage & FlexibilityFloat between multiple assigned communities based on leasing demand, staffing needs, PTO coverage, vacancies, lease-ups, or special initiativesQuickly learn and adapt to different community layouts, pricing structures, and operational processesProvide short-notice or scheduled coverage as business needs evolveSupport lease-up, stabilization, or rapid-response leasing efforts as assignedQualificationsEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in real estate, business, or hospitality preferredMinimum of 1 year of experience in multifamily leasing, property management, hospitality, or customer-facing sales preferredExperience working across multiple sites, in a floating role, or in high-volume leasing environments strongly preferredExperience with market-rate, conventional multifamily communities preferredSkills & CompetenciesStrong sales mindset with the ability to close leases and achieve performance goalsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly adaptable, organized, and comfortable working in changing environmentsAbility to work independently while collaborating with multiple onsite teamsStrong time-management skills and attention to detailProficiency with leasing software and CRM systems (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, OneSite, or similar preferred)Ability to work weekends and evenings based on leasing schedules and business needsWhy Join Our Team?At Bradley Company, we believe our people are the foundation of our success.
