Compensation: To $110K, plus bonus.Job Overview – Senior Financial Analyst – 34441 This is an 3 day in / 2 day out role in the Charlotte, NC area. You'll gain broad exposure across the organization while building a clear path for future career growth.What You'll Be DoingBusiness Partnership & Financial AnalysisPartner with Operations and functional leaders to provide financial guidance and decision support. Analyze financial and operational performance, identify key business drivers, and communicate actionable insights. Evaluate profitability, productivity, labor, material costs, and operational KPIs. Planning, Forecasting & ModelingSupport the annual budget, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives. Perform variance analysis and present recommendations to leadership. Strategic FinanceBuild business cases and ROI analyses for capital investments and growth initiatives. Support pricing strategies, cost reduction efforts, and operational improvement projects. Identify financial risks and opportunities while helping leadership make informed decisions. Reporting & Process ImprovementPrepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and financial presentations. Support consolidated reporting across multiple business units. Improve reporting processes through automation and enhanced data analytics. Partner closely with Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecast integrity. What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 3–6 years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Operations Finance, or related analytical experience Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills Advanced Excel proficiency Ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful business recommendations Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence business partners Self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Preferred QualificationsManufacturing, industrial, or multi-site operations experience Capital investment analysis and ROI modeling Operational KPI reporting and business performance analysis Experience supporting global or multi-business unit organizations ERP and financial planning systems experience (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream, Adaptive Planning, or similar) Why This Opportunity?Join a stable, global manufacturing organization with continued growth.
