Administrative DepartmentReports To: Business Manager / ControllerAre you organized, detail-oriented, and looking to join a supportive team environment? Were looking for an Accounting Coordinator to help keep our office and accounting operations running smoothly! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and helping both customers and coworkers succeed.What Youll Do:As our Accounting Coordinator, youll play an important role in supporting daily accounting and administrative operations, including:Processing vendor and subcontractor invoicesAssisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasksCreating and sending customer invoicesSetting up jobs in company systems for the management teamCommunicating payment information with subcontractorsScanning, organizing, and maintaining accounting documentsResearching and responding to payment or billing questionsProviding backup support for reception and administrative staff as neededAssisting with filing and general office supportWhat Were Looking For:Were searching for someone who is dependable, professional, and enjoys working in a team-focused environment. Ideal candidates will have: Strong communication and customer service skills Great organizational and time management abilities Basic accounting knowledge or prior accounting experience Comfortable computer and keyboard skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a busy office settingRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalentPrevious accounting or related office experience requiredNotary certification requiredOffice Equipment Youll Use:Youll work with standard office equipment including computers, printers, scanners, copiers, phones, and calculators.If youre looking for a stable opportunity with a friendly team and a variety of responsibilities, wed love to hear from you!
