Senior Scientist - siRNA Analysis

Focused on advancing siRNA research, the full-time remote Senior Scientist - siRNA Off-Target Analysis will design and execute off-target assessments, produce regulatory reports, and develop computational tools for data analysis and visualization. Key responsibilities Building and enhancing scalable computational transcriptomics workflows for siRNA off-target assessments Applying biological and statistical methods to interpret data and communicate potential risks collaboratively Producing rigorous weight-of-evidence outputs for regulatory submissions and maintaining reusable computational tools Required qualifications Doctorate degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) or a Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience Experience in computational biology, bioinformatics, or data science Strong programming skills in Python and R, with experience in developing reproducible computational workflows Background in transcriptomic data analysis, including bulk and single-cell RNA-seq Familiarity with nonclinical safety data and toxicology in drug development
