High level knowledge of orthodontic procedures, dental insurance, and financing options is preferred. Must be dependable with a strong attention to detail. CPR Certification is required. A Typical Day as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator: Welcoming kiddos and making them feel comfortable. Presenting orthodontic treatment plans and explaining insurance coverage & financing options. Ensuring all necessary treatment documentation is completed, signed, and accurate. Schedule and confirm appointments. Creating a fun and engaging experience for each kiddo.
