Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide specialized respiratory care to critically ill adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients under the supervision of the RT Supervisor and Cardiopulmonary Manager. Serve as a trainer for RT personnel in critical care settings to ensure quality patient outcomes and adherence to protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced respiratory therapy interventions to patients in critical care units.
• Train and mentor RT staff in adult, pediatric, and neonatal respiratory procedures.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust therapies accordingly.
• Maintain compliance with certification and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of Respiratory Therapist experience.
• Hold current BLS (AHA) certification.
• Maintain an active state license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in Oklahoma.
• Demonstrate proficiency in critical care respiratory procedures.
• Ability to train and guide healthcare personnel effectively.
