Service Greeter & Porter | Fields Volvo Cars Northfield

Join a team where luxury meets legacy. Fields Volvo Northfield is looking for a proactive, high-energy Service Greeter/Porter to be the first point of contact for our valued guests. What We Offer

Schedule: 12:00 PM 8:00 PM
Flexibility: Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
Compensation: Starting at $15.00/hour for full-time team members

Key Responsibilities

Luxury Welcome: Greet service guests warmly and assist with valet transportation.
Vehicle Logistics: Safely drive vehicles between the service lane, technician stalls, and parking lots.
Detail Coordination: Partner with the car wash team to expedite the cleaning process for every guest vehicle.
Organization: Create vehicle key tags and ensure the service drive remains clean and professional.
Efficiency: Maintain the presentation of driveways and sidewalks to ensure a premium facility experience.

Qualifications

Attitude: A positive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on hospitality.
Reliability: Ability to follow precise instructions and safety protocols.
License: Valid Drivers License with a clean motor vehicle record.
Requirements: Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check.
