About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Multifamily Construction to lead and expand its operations in the Southeast. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the multifamily construction division, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. This executive will oversee multiple regional teams, develop operational infrastructure to support growth, and ensure the company's strong reputation for operational excellence is maintained. Key responsibilities include leading and growing construction operations, managing full P&L, mentoring senior leaders, and driving operational excellence in project execution, safety, quality, and financial performance. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive leadership experience in multifamily construction, with a proven track record of executive leadership and full P&L responsibility. The role requires a strategic mindset, the ability to build and scale operations, and a strong background in client relationship management and business development. The ideal candidate will have experience with ground-up multifamily and mixed-use developments, managing multiple offices or regions, and a talent for recruiting and developing high-performing teams. A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred, and the candidate must be willing to relocate to the Tampa, Florida area.
