In this role, you will be a key link between our company and the medical professionals who use our supplied equipment, ensuring they have the information and support they need. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in the healthcare supply industry and grow with a dynamic company. **Responsibilities** * Provide timely and accurate information to physicians regarding our medical equipment via email, phone, and chat. * Assist with order inquiries, product specifications, and troubleshooting. * Maintain detailed records of all interactions and feedback in our CRM system. * Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary. **Requirements** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. * A strong desire to help customers and a patient, empathetic attitude. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. * Comfortable learning new software and product details. * A background or interest in the medical or healthcare field is a plus, but not required. **What We Offer** * A fully remote position. * A supportive team environment with opportunities for growth. * Comprehensive training on our products and systems.
