$190,000 – $240,000 per year | Seattle, WA | On‑Site | Permanent

We are a full‑service law firm with a nationally respected Investment Management practice. Our team advises institutional investors across the United States, including public and private pension funds, family offices, high‑net‑worth individuals, endowments, universities, sovereign entities, and insurance companies on traditional and alternative investment transactions.

The practice is highly collaborative and cross‑disciplinary, with attorneys regularly partnering across core practice areas to deliver thoughtful, practical solutions. Many members of our investment management team have worked together for years, creating a collegial and deeply experienced environment for associates to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise institutional investors on traditional and alternative investment transactions.
• Review, draft, and negotiate complex investment and fund documentation.
• Manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on cross‑disciplinary matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Take ownership of significant components of matters while contributing as a team member.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of investment management, investment fund, fund formation, or related transactional experience.
• JD from an ABA‑accredited law school and an active license to practice law.
• Strong academic credentials with excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to process and manage large, complex documents efficiently.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Client‑service mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
