Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Shift hours: 8 hours in the morning.

Location Highlights

Fox Lake offers access to the Chain O'Lakes waterway and a setting about 60 miles north of downtown Chicago. The area is known for boating and fishing across more than 7,000 acres of water, and Metra rail service from Fox Lake provides a direct transit option into the city.
