Accountant Assistant / Accounting Intern (Bilingual Mandarin Chinese)

Master Accounting and Tax Services Inc. is a professional CPA firm located in Brooklyn, NY. We provide accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation services to individuals and businesses. We are looking for a Full-time Accountant Assistant or Accounting Intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for detail-oriented, motivated candidates who want to develop hands-on experience in accounting and tax preparation. Responsibilities Assist with bookkeeping, payroll processing, and sales tax filings Prepare individual and business tax returns under CPA supervision Organize and maintain client records and supporting documents Communicate with clients to collect required information and provide updates Assist with insurance applications, renewals, and general office tasks as needed Support CPAs during the busy tax season Requirements Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (required) Degree (or pursuing) in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) Quick learner with ability to multitask Accounting or tax experience is a plus , but not required for interns Schedule Monday to Friday (8-hour shift for full-time) 24–40 hours per week for interns Work Location: In person at Brooklyn, NY How to Apply Please submit your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io and indicate whether you are applying for Full-time Accountant Assistant or Accounting Intern . #J-18808-Ljbffr Austin Community College
