Senior Apparel Technical Designer (Hybrid)

You will lead fit and technical innovation while collaborating with world-class design and product management teams to create high-performance apparel. This high-visibility role allows you to drive product integrity and sustainability goals on a global scale. Responsibilities: Lead garment fit and construction processes to ensure products meet performance, sustainability, and profitability standards. Create and revise comprehensive tech packs, specifications, and prototype documentation to streamline manufacturing. Partner with design, materials, and vendor teams to resolve construction challenges and improve product manufacturability. Monitor product testing and prototyping workflows to deliver proven, market-ready apparel on tight schedules. Qualifications: 3+ years of technical design experience in the apparel industry, covering the full development lifecycle from pattern making to production. Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe Illustrator, Optitex, and 3D design tools like Clo or Browzwear. Strong portfolio or history of executing precise product specs, technical construction standards, and factory tech packs. Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Textile Science, or equivalent practical creation experience.
