Location: Woodruff SC

Pay: $17–$19/hr. (depending on experience) Schedule: 7:00AM-3:30PM M-F

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Custodial Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areas while leading a team of general cleaners.

This is a working supervisor role: 60% hands-on cleaning 40% management & leadership

Key Responsibilities:

Organize, schedule, assign, and perform daily cleaning tasks Supervise custodial staff to ensure quality and productivity standards Train employees on cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemical usage Lead and enforce all safety protocols and provide PPE Investigate and report accidents or injuries Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment Handle scheduling, payroll, and team coordination Conduct inspections using company standards and tools Address performance issues and support disciplinary actions when needed Respond to building emergencies (fire, flood, snow/ice, etc.) Assist with large cleaning projects and coordinate with management

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience (custodial preferred) Strong leadership, training, and communication skills Basic computer knowledge Custodial and cleaning knowledge required Basic mechanical understanding is a plus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Frequent bending, standing, pushing, and pulling Comfortable working in varying temperatures (hot/cold environments)
